IX. Parliamentary Authority

1. Robert's Rules of Order, newly revised, latest edition, shall be followed at all meetings of the Association, the Representative Council, and the Executive Board.

X. Amendments

2. These bylaws may be amended by a two‑thirds (2/3) vote of the representatives at any regular or special meeting of the Representative Council provided notice in writing of a proposed bylaws amendment shall have been made available to all members of the Representative Council at the meeting preceding the one at which it is to be voted upon.
